Cancellation Policy

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In an effort to be fair to other clients, the cancellation and no show policy is as follows:

24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.

If you are unable to give me a reasonable time of advance notice you will be charged 50% for your missed appointment. An invoice will be emailed to you and future appointments will be denied until your cancellation fee is paid.

No-shows

Anyone who misses their appointment without contacting me will be charged 100% of their scheduled session.
